  3. This sector is not for sale and in
  4. order to buy it you must put in an
  5. offer for it. The owner of the
  6. sector will be presented with the
  7. offer when all the players have
  8. finished their turns. If he/she
  9. accepts the offer you will be the
  10. new owner of the sector and if
  11. existing the space station in the
  12. sector. The money transactions will
  13. be done automatically at the same
  14. time.
  15. You can not offer more for a sector
  16. than you've got in cash at the time
  17. of offering.
  18. Use the 'Arrow Up' and 'Arrow Down'
  19. buttons to adjust your offer or
  20. click on the blue field where your
  21. offer is printed to input your offer
  22. using the keyboard.
  23. Click on 'Buy' to confirm the offer
  24. or click on 'Cancel' to cancel the
  25. offer.
  26. You may only make 1 offer like this
  27. each turn!
